UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
Anyone under the age of 18 years old MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Aunts/uncles, grandparents, older siblings, or family friends do NOT count (unless they're your LEGAL guardian).

AGES 16-17
Photo ID is required for both parent/legal guardian and minor. If last names do not match, minor's birth certificate or other proof of legal guardianship is required. 

AGES 12-15
We do not pierce anything other than ear lobes if you are under 16 years old. Parent/legal guardian's photo ID + minor's birth certificate is required. If last names do not match, other proof of legal guardianship is required.

UNDER 12 YEARS OLD
We do not pierce anyone under the age of 12 years old at Honey Heart Tattoo.

• Avoid blood thinners and aspirin for a week before your appointment
• No alcohol within 24 hours of your appointment
• Get a good night's sleep the night before your appointment
• Avoid caffeine the day of your appointment
• Eat a nutritious meal within 2 hours of your appointment​
